With a true entrepreneur mindset, you actively shape the success and growth of agap2 Switzerland’s industrial division.
You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants.

Your main missions are:

  • Business Development:
    – Build relationships with key stakeholders (decision makers in the energy, rail, semiconductor, aerospace, and construction industries) to ensure long-term professional partnerships and create new networks
    – Prepare and negotiate contracts and lead initiatives that the company initiates with target customers
    – Key Account Management
  • Global Talent Acquisition:
    – Source, evaluate and select candidate:s for supported client projects
    – Determine sourcing strategy to attract the right talent for consulting projects
    – Responsibility for the entire recruitment process
  • Talent Management:                                                                                                                                       – You will lead and mentor your own team of consultants

This job is made for you if...

  • You have a Master’s degree in the field of business administration, economics, business studies or similar
  • You are a native speaker of German & fluent in English
  • You would like to take on management responsibility in the near future
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and a strong sense of responsibility
  • You don’t give up when the going gets tough and like to negotiate
  • You strive for success and further development
  • You are a career starter or have a maximum of 3 years of professional experience
