You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants.

Your main missions are:
- Business Development:
– Build relationships with key stakeholders (decision makers in the energy, rail, semiconductor, aerospace, and construction industries) to ensure long-term professional partnerships and create new networks
– Prepare and negotiate contracts and lead initiatives that the company initiates with target customers
– Key Account Management - Global Talent Acquisition:
– Source, evaluate and select candidate:s for supported client projects
– Determine sourcing strategy to attract the right talent for consulting projects
– Responsibility for the entire recruitment process - Talent Management: – You will lead and mentor your own team of consultants

- You are a native speaker of German & fluent in English
