I like sharing nice moments with friends and family, especially around a dinner or lunch.

If you are part of the agap2 team, you are likely familiar with the name Marie Garraud, as she has been at agap2 for the past 7.5 years in different agencies around Switzerland. However, what you may not be aware of is that she is originally from France and likes to spending time with her family and friends.

But first, here’s more about…

…her place of origin: I was born in France close to Paris. I lived 8 years in Paris during my studies and PhD, and I have been living in Switzerland since 2015.

…her family: I am married, and I have two lovely children, four-and-a-half-year-old boy and a 10-month-old girl.

…the missions she completed at agap2: I joined the company 7.5 years ago. I first joined the team in Lausanne as a junior Technical Business Manager. I started new collaborations with customers in the Life Science industry in the French and German speaking parts of Switzerland. I was then promoted to the position of Department Manager in our Headquarter in Basel. At the end of 2017, agap2 gave me the chance to open a new agency in Zurich. As head of office, I built up a team of Business managers and consultants to support our clients in the Eastern part of Switzerland. Since the beginning of 2023, I am responsible for the Life Science Division which includes the office in Basel and part of the team in Zurich. I am helping the business managers to reach our common goal: accompany our partners in the most innovative engineering projects in Switzerland.

…her hobbies: I like sharing nice moments with friends and family, especially around a dinner or lunch. I believe gastronomy can bring people together. I also enjoy traveling and discovering different cultures. No need to go too far, Switzerland is an amazing country to visit!

…the languages she speaks: English and French

…how to get her to laugh: with any kind of jokes after a long working day, it’s always a good way to relax!

…what would be essential to her on a desert island: unlimited access to good food.

…her last vacation: Lebanon

And last but certainly not least, here’s her hidden talent: I practised sculpture for 8 years in an atelier. It is maybe time to do it again!
