To enable our vision of long-term relationships with our employees, we want to be responsive to their interests and career aspirations. We also believe in the importance of security of employment and in the majority of our recruitment processes we offer permanent contracts to future consultants, whether or not they are assigned to a project at the start of their employment.

We wish to build long-term relationships with our consultants, to listen to their professional aspirations and to provide them with job security. This is why at agap2 we offer two types of recruitment: project-based and profile-based.

This means that when a project comes to an end, we take on the task of finding new challenges that are in line with your technical background and interests. The aim is to offer career opportunities that allow you to develop and broaden your skills.
