A desire for long-term collaboration.
To enable our vision of long-term relationships with our employees, we want to be responsive to their interests and career aspirations. We also believe in the importance of security of employment and in the majority of our recruitment processes we offer permanent contracts to future consultants, whether or not they are assigned to a project at the start of their employment.
- Two recruitment methods
We wish to build long-term relationships with our consultants, to listen to their professional aspirations and to provide them with job security. This is why at agap2 we offer two types of recruitment: project-based and profile-based.
Personalized career
follow-up.
At agap2 you are never alone! Our teams will follow you throughout your career to make sure your project runs smoothly and your career develops smoothly, thanks to monthly project reviews with your manager and regular career follow-ups with the HR team.
This means that when a project comes to an end, we take on the task of finding new challenges that are in line with your technical background and interests. The aim is to offer career opportunities that allow you to develop and broaden your skills.

1 - Greta
Biotechnical Engineer.
The recruitment process was very quick and transparent. They gave you feedback shortly after the point of interview and it felt clear what to expect from both parties. Furthermore, one of the employment forms offered by agap2 is a profile employment, meaning that you are employed even if a project is available not. This gives a sense of security, since you get a salary even in-between project. During those times, you can work internally at the office in Stockholm, which is both fun and educational! Lastly, a reason to choose agap2 as an employer is that they work with the whole product life cycle.
Therefore, it is possible to work with everything from quality assurance to project management and product development. The opportunities are many!

2 - Viktoria
Life Science Consultant.
I started my journey at agap2 in autumn 2020 as a Life Science Consultant. Since then I have had the opportunity to work on projects at two different companies - time really flies!
I am currently working in pharma, where my analytical and logical skills are tested everyday. My projects have been challenging and rewarding, but they have also made me realise how broad the Life Science industry is and that there really is something for everyone. I look forward to continuing to learn and develop at these interesting companies while having the fantastic support of agap2 by my side.

Relations with educational institutions.
The agap2 teams participate in many events with students. The aim is to create a link between the company and the students: our knowledge and their curiosity allow us to learn from each other through exciting exchanges.
