A desire for long-term collaboration.
To enable our vision of long-term relationships with our employees, we want to be responsive to their interests and career aspirations. We also believe in the importance of security of employment and in the majority of our recruitment processes we offer permanent contracts to future consultants, whether or not they are assigned to a project at the start of their employment.
- Two recruitment methods
We wish to build long-term relationships with our consultants, to listen to their professional aspirations and to provide them with job security. This is why at agap2 we offer two types of recruitment: project-based and profile-based.
Personalized career
follow-up.
At agap2 you are never alone! Our teams will follow you throughout your career to make sure your project runs smoothly and your career develops smoothly, thanks to monthly project reviews with your manager and regular career follow-ups with the HR team.
This means that when a project comes to an end, we take on the task of finding new challenges that are in line with your technical background and interests. The aim is to offer career opportunities that allow you to develop and broaden your skills.
1 - Tacha
consultant at agap2.
I enjoy working with colleagues with different perspectives or competences profiles, as it is a great opportunity to learn from each other to get higher quality results in projects. I believe that the knowledge, experience and skills I have gained in my various roles in Life Science and GMP manufacturing can be useful in the role of Life Science consultant at agap2. I am very grateful for the opportunities I have had so far, to work in different and dynamic environments that have strengthened my professional and personal development. I see my role as a Life Science consultant at agap2 as an exciting next step with the chance to meet many competent and committed colleagues!
2 - Tage
Biotechnology Engineer.
From Gothenburg to Stockholm in a quest to explore the Life Science market as a young engineer within Biotechnology. agap2 runs a well refined recruitment process where the entire process took two weeks from first contact to offering of contract. The primary focus was on the profile recruitment concept where the prospect was recruited without given assignment. This further accentuated the feeling of trust that agap2 was making a commitment towards you that would last! After an initial time working from the office the first assignment was found with AstraZeneca as a quality analytic and I look forward to new exiting projects as a consultant at agap2.
3 - Tobias
Process engineer and biochemist.
When I transitioned from research to industry, I found myself in the role of a consultant processing engineer at agap2, working with both pharmaceutical production and validation. As a consultant, I experience rapid skill development and can learn how different companies can solve the same problems in various ways, consistently facing new challenges. This provides an opportunity for both broad and in-depth expertise. At agap2, I can leverage this while feeling supported as an individual. With strong connections between myself, fellow consultants, and the employer, I have a pleasant workplace where I gain insight into various client companies. Together with my consultant manager, I can find assignments that align with my interests. It's rare to find the same level of support from an employer as I have experienced at agap2.
Relations with educational institutions.
The agap2 teams participate in many events with students. The aim is to create a link between the company and the students: our knowledge and their curiosity allow us to learn from each other through exciting exchanges.
