We are currently looking for a RF Engineer to join our team and work on radar projects in the defence sector in Madrid.
Your main missions are:
- Collaborate in the design and development of the RF and digital components of the radar chain.
- Implement and optimise radar data and signal processing algorithms.
- Perform simulations and modelling in MATLAB to validate radar performance.
- Contribute to radar integration and testing in the development and production phases.
- Handle classified information up to NATO RESTRICTED/LIMITED RELEASE level, ensuring its security and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the security team to keep clearances up to date and comply with national and international security regulations.

- Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, specialising in radar.
- Knowledge of the architecture of RF and digital elements of the radar chain.
- Knowledge of programming languages (C, C++ mainly).
- Real Time Operating Systems.
- Experience in radar signal and data processing, preferably with MATLAB modelling.
- Knowledge of requirements traceability tools, ideally DOORS.
- Possession of a NATO Secret / National Reserved Security Clearance, or the possibility of starting the procedures to obtain it, will be a plus.
- High level of English, minimum level B2. For communication in international projects with German and English partners.
- Availability for sporadic travel to Germany and the UK, 3 to 4 days every 3 months.
