Miguel Jesús, Back-end developer.
I joined the company in 2022 as a back-end developer consultant.
I chose agap2, as you would choose any other company that made you a good offer, or so I thought. The truth is that it was a very positive change that looking back now I wouldn't believe. People who look out for your continued professional growth and for your well-being when you are working long hours with the designated client. It may sound silly, but that can be a turning point not only professionally but also in terms of work-life balance. In short, an environment where you feel welcome from the very first moment.
One of the things I will always point out is how he changed the phrase ‘I have to go to work’ to ‘I'm going to work’ being a simple phrase, but it highlights an attitude of obligation/tiredness for one of happiness/tranquility.

I enthusiastically returned to agap2 for this second phase of my professional career. My return was natural, for two main reasons: my colleagues welcomed me as if I had never left, and the team is almost the same as it was two years ago, which shows the stability. The low staff turnover makes you realise that you are valued at agap2.
I don't regret my absence, as it has allowed me to grow and acquire new skills. However, there were many things about agap2 that I missed. When the opportunity to return came up, I didn't hesitate for a second.
Now I am back and I feel even more motivated, with renewed energy, ready to take on new challenges, in a new position, with more experience, while knowing that I can count on the support of my team.
Pau, Back-end Developer.
I have been with agap2 for just over two years. I went straight into a project with a major client in the medical technology sector. The team was very strong and I really enjoyed working with them. The project lasted exactly one year. When it was finished, the client company reassigned their employees to other projects and released the external ones. They were very happy with me, and we were sorry to say goodbye.
However, I returned to the agap2 offices. It is nice to have the support of your company when you are in a period of transition. At the agap2 office, I was able to start several trainings while they were looking for other projects for me. Within a little more than a week, I had already completed several interviews/tests and got into my current project with a major client in the insurance industry. I've now been there for more than a year and the project is going well.
It's reassuring to know that, whatever happens, I won't be out of a job and I'll be able to train when I need to.
