Our mission is to support our clients in their projects, providing flexibility, skills and advice. We are recruiting versatile engineers with high added value to strengthen our operational teams with our industrial partners in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology sectors.

Opening of the agap2 Mannheim office
The growing team in Frankfurt has had great success with clients throughout the Rhine-Main region. A branch office in nearby Mannheim maps the large number of colleagues and clients around Mannheim.
2023
Opening of the agap2 office in Cologne
Strategically, we have decided to open our new office in Cologne in July 2023. Another point of company development that brings together a large number of strong companies in NRW and employees with a centre of life in NRW in project perspectives.

Von Mannheim bis Heidelberg – wir waren mittendrin im Austausch mit der nächsten Generation an Fachspezialist:innen. 🤝
Auf der CareerStation an der TH Mannheim und der BioContact in Heidelberg konnten wir spannende Gespräche mit angehenden Ingenieur:innen und Naturwissenschaftler:innen führen.
Der Vortrag unserer Fachspezialistin Sabina Ganskih bot dabei einen klaren Einblick in unser Projektumfeld und unser Konzept. Auch über individuelle Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bei agap2 wurde intensiv diskutiert – ein wertvoller Austausch mit vielen inspirierenden Perspektiven 🚀

Der agap2-Stammtisch fand diesmal im Vegana Mannheim statt – einem gemütlichen veganen Restaurant mit entspannter Atmosphäre.
Bei leckerem Essen entstanden spannende Gespräche und ein lebendiger Austausch.
Es wurde viel gelacht und diskutiert. Solche Abende zeigen, wie vielfältig unsere Gespräche beim Stammtisch sind – und wie angenehm es ist, in lockerer Runde neue Perspektiven kennenzulernen.

In unserem Projektmanagement-Seminar drehte sich alles um klare Strukturen, zielgerichtete Planung und praxisnahe Methoden. Von der Projektdefinition bis zur konkreten Umsetzung bekamen die Teilnehmenden Werkzeuge an die Hand, um Projekte souverän zu steuern und nachhaltig erfolgreich zu gestalten.
agap2 bietet regelmäßig Schulungen in den eigenen Räumlichkeiten an, um Mitarbeiter:innen gezielt zu fördern und fachlich auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Robert Schickbauer vom TÜV Süd, der die Schulung fachlich kompetent und mit vielen praktischen Impulsen durchgeführt hat.
