Our mission is to support our clients in their projects, providing flexibility, skills and advice. We are recruiting versatile engineers with high added value to strengthen our operational teams with our industrial partners in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology sectors.
Joining agap2 means working on new projects, surrounded and supported by a whole team. Our actions allow us to offer great opportunities to our consultants: international projects, rapid evolution with more and more responsibilities and skills, technical challenges, etc.

The local proximity to clients and the proximity for employees to the branch was the drive for the next branch in Munich

Opening of the agap2 Mannheim office
The growing team in Frankfurt has had great success with clients throughout the Rhine-Main region. A branch office in nearby Mannheim maps the large number of colleagues and clients around Mannheim.
2023
Opening of the agap2 office in Cologne
Strategically, we have decided to open our new office in Cologne in July 2023. Another point of company development that brings together a large number of strong companies in NRW and employees with a centre of life in NRW in project perspectives.

Wie gelingt erfolgreiches Prozessmanagement in der Praxis?
Gemeinsam mit unserem Partner TÜV Süd und Herrn Schneider haben wir uns in einem intensiven Training genau dieser Frage gewidmet.
Unsere Kolleg:innen erhielten dabei praxisnahe Einblicke in die Definition von Prozessmanagement sowie in den Aufbau einer Prozesslandkarte – zwei zentrale Elemente, um Strukturen in einer Organisation transparent und effizient zu gestalten.
Durch die Kombination aus Theorie und Praxis konnten wir außerdem erarbeiten, wie eine gute Prozessanalyse aussieht, welche Methoden geeignet sind und wie sich die wichtigsten Prozessmanagement-Tools im Arbeitsalltag einsetzen lassen.
