As an Administrative & Financial Manager (m/f/d), you can expect to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing company in a responsible field of activity in which you can actively contribute every day and continuously develop your knowledge. Your main missions are:

  • Advising the management on strategic decisions and their implementation
  • Contact person for external stakeholders such as suppliers, auditors and tax consultants
  • Support with monthly analysis, reporting and controlling activities and with the annual financial statements
  • Optimisation and implementation of internal processes, documents and systems
  • Follow-up and control of all financial and administrative aspects of the company
  • Administrative support of the commercial teams in day-to-day business
  • Contract drafting and preparation (employee leasing, service and work contracts)
  • Personnel administration and labour law advice in cooperation with our lawyers

  • Completed studies in business administration, law or industrial engineering
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in the areas of auditing, controlling, accounting
  • Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
  • Confident handling of DATEV, MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and labour law
  • You have a confident and competent manner when dealing with our management and our clients
  • You are ambitious, proactive and conscientious, as well as communicative and a team player
  • Business fluent in English, French is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and to a limited extent to neighbouring European countries
